Indology Foundation Requests Prime Minister’s Intervention to Initiate Inquiry in ‘NCERT – Deleted’ Vedic History
Shri Narendra Modi,
Hon’ble Prime Minister,
Govt of India.
It’s since year-2104, when on account of Indian people’s prayers, wishes and ballots with the blessings of Kashi Vishwanath, destiny chosen you to resume the position of Prime Minister of India to make India a new vibrant powerful country, in one word – ‘The Vishwa Guru’, and in your leadership numerous transformations and corrections have begun in country, however, one important issue is still pending.
Vedas are written in India but Resp. PM, you may get surprised and won’t like to know it that NCERT has deleted entire Vedic history from the 10+2 curriculum and therefore our students are not able to learn how was the Vedic civilization and culture and what was it’s contribution to rest of the world. The vicious act-of-deletion was conducted in Year-2007 by the same left-liberal group of academic and non-academic historians who accuse your Govt for distorting the history but actually, its they who like criminals, better to say, academic criminals did it silently with no regrets. The irony is that, the deletion happened in the same year-2007 when UNESCO placed Manuscripts of Rigveda, in it’s prestigious world memory register
NCERT Has accepted the deletion but makes excuse that it has no record, minutes of meetings, official proceedings to let’s know the reason why it agreed to delete entire Vedic history. NCERT introduced various themes as part of it’s ancient History but for Vedic period they designed no themes. We failed to get a response from Edu. Ministry on this matter although we ran a twitter campaign also.
We request your intervention for –
- To get the matter enquired, RTIs filed by us are attached, RTI’s show the names who were part of committee asking NCERT to delete.
- To take stringent action on guilty NCERT officials who didn’t follow the Standard Operating Procedure and didn’t maintain official proceedings, minutes of meetings why deleting chapters of Vedic history.
